Recon Assembly Supervisor Level 1

Supervise all personnel in the bearing manufacturing area to maintain an efficient team for completing customer orders correctly and on time. Act as a role model, coach, and trainer while administering safety, health, and environment policies. Lead by example to foster a safe, clean environment and ensure daily production goals are met through effective resource utilization. Develop tactics to reduce operating expenses, maintain daily production reports, and ensure work quality in the specified plant area. Resolve employee issues, communicate needs to management, and report required maintenance. Provide work materials and support improvement projects as assigned. Work within a loud production environment with exposure to metals and lubricants, requiring appropriate protective clothing and hearing protection.
