Job Summary
Plan and deliver events and field rituals from concept through execution and reporting; tailor global recognition content to local market for rollout; manage sourcing and logistics for gifts, incentives, and local initiatives; monitor budgets and use data insights to improve future activities; act as the main connection between central and local teams to align on recognition programs and events, ensuring timely, within-budget, and meaningful experiences; demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and budget management skills to drive engagement across Avon’s field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in events, engagement, or recognition programs, ideally within a commercial or sales-driven environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across local and global teams
- A creative mindset with the ability to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences
- Strong budget management and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with data to measure impact and improve performance
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for creating positive and motivating environments
