Job Summary
Identify, attract, and select high-caliber executive and director-level candidates for client roles. Collaborate closely with clients to understand job specifications and key candidate requirements. Conduct comprehensive interviews and competency assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and key clients through regular communication. Coordinate all selection stages, including scheduling interviews, verifying references, and negotiating offers. Maintain accurate records of candidates and activities, updating candidate databases and providing progress reports to clients and management.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa en reclutamiento de ejecutivos o búsqueda de talento
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
