Job Summary
Draft contracts and prepare legal memos, memos, and internal position papers, focusing on IT and data protection. Collaborate with the Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer on ongoing compliance projects and work cross-functionally with colleagues across seven European countries. Independently handle tasks with support from the entire Legal Team while contributing to live contract and data privacy initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Erstes Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- aktuell im Referendariat
- Kenntnisse im deutschen Zivil- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Kenntnisse im IT- und Datenschutzrecht
- Gute Drafting-Skills auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools als Anwender/in
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
