Handle IP, Cyberlaw, and data protection mandates independently, including trademark, design, and patent matters alongside incident response and NIS2 compliance. Draft and review contracts for intellectual property, IT, and privacy issues while shaping internal firm processes to support portfolio growth. Work directly with senior attorneys on complex corporate matters at the intersection of IP, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
