Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive labor law consulting and process representation for member companies in collective and individual labor law. Lead negotiations with works councils, coordinate and clarify legal principle questions, and prepare and chair tariff negotiations. Organize and design seminars and training events. Represent the interests of over 250 companies in the food industry, providing practical advice on labor, tariff, and social policy issues.
