Rechtsanwält*in (m/w/d) Kartellrecht – Düsseldorf

Conduct daily antitrust advisory for multinational corporations, covering merger control, cartel fines, and third-country subsidy regulations. Prepare and execute negotiations with competition authorities, draft legal opinions, contracts, and court filings, and represent clients before the Federal Ministry of Economics, the European Commission, and domestic courts. Coordinate international merger notifications across multiple jurisdictions and provide training on antitrust law. This role is open to career starters with antitrust knowledge or practical experience in law firms, requiring a First State Exam and strong English skills. The position is based in Düsseldorf with a hybrid work model, offering mentorship and development opportunities through the Clifford Chance Academy.
