Recertification Specialist I - Full-Time; 7510-202-N

Develop occupancy schedules and manage rent collection for up to 175 units, overseeing unit inspections, applicant interviews, and required verifications. Enforce occupancy policies and lease processes, including initial, annual, and interim cycles, while coordinating with the compliance team on subsidy information and tenant housing court actions. Initiate communication for non-compliance issues and maintain accurate, confidential record-keeping systems for office and tenant files. Supervise maintenance and on-site security tasks under the Regional Property Manager. Participate in mandatory training for Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Section 8, and government agency programs. Requires bi-lingual Chinese, experience with housing software, and a background in business or human services.
