Job Summary
Recertification Specialist responsible for preparing initial, annual, and interim recertifications for all residents at a 500-unit Section 8 and Tax Credit property in Dayton, OH. Maintain HUD and LIHTC compliance, verify income, assets, and household composition, manage EIV records, and perform data entry and resident-file maintenance. Requires strong organization, time management, and customer-service skills; Yardi Voyager experience preferred. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time.
