Job Summary
Coordinate annual and interim resident income recertifications, conduct interviews, prepare notices, and maintain records to ensure compliance with funder and housing regulations. Build relationships with residents, support onsite property management, monitor communications, and stay updated on regulatory changes. Collaborate with Compliance, provide coverage during office hours, and contribute to diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- AA Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Valid Washington State Driver license and insurable driving record.
- Certification or/and Certified Tax Credit Compliance Professional or the ability to be certified within first year of hire; verified by their supervisor.
- WSHFC Fundamentals and WSHFC Advanced workshops to be completed within the first 60 days of employment with Plymouth.
- 2+ years of experience working with homeless and low-income individuals, including persons living with mental and physical illnesses, chemical dependency/addictions, disabilities, HIV/AIDS is desired.
- Experience in supportive housing and working with diverse, low-income or special needs population is desired.
- Experience in compliance, especially Section 8 and low-income tax credit regulations is desired.
- Ability to speak a second language or ability to speak the Spanish language to assist in working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds is desired.
