Réceptionniste tournant (H/F)

Conduct physical and telephone guest reception, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations and cashings. Process guest requests before, during, and after stays while coordinating with hotel services and maintaining quality standards. Prepare and serve breakfast based on demand, manage the bar and snack service including sales, cashing, and inventory, and perform daily closings and administrative tasks. Handle unexpected situations professionally in a rotating schedule covering morning, evening, and occasional night shifts.
