Job Summary
Welcome guests, manage phone calls, and process arrivals and departures while maintaining positive client relationships. Oversee the breakfast buffet setup and follow-up, ensure establishment cleanliness and adherence to quality standards, and guide clients with information and requests. Guarantee client satisfaction by anticipating and handling inquiries in line with ORFEA procedures. Work the night shift from 23h to 07h, Monday through Friday, at the Lyon Perrache residence. Requires computer proficiency and prior experience in hotel accommodation and business travel lodging.
