Address guest requests and complaints reactively with kindness, maintaining high standards regardless of shift intensity. This role requires fluency in English, with a second language as an asset, and knowledge of Opera Cloud preferred. Starting November, the position offers a full-time contract with a monthly gross salary from 2,075 €, plus a 13th-month pay after one year, an interest bonus, and transport subsidies.
