Job Summary
Welcome guests to the Spa, handle check-ins, and explain available services while ensuring the experience meets our Relais & Châteaux standards. Take reservations by phone and manage online booking system entries, anticipating guest needs to offer personalized service. Inform clients about treatments and products via phone, in person, or email, and verify billing accuracy at departure. Resolve client inquiries and challenges with enthusiasm and empathy, maintaining five-star service throughout their stay. This full-time, year-round role requires French/English bilingualism (C1 level), strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools. Located at Le Manoir Hovey on the shores of Lac Massawippi, the team offers a young, dynamic environment with team dining discounts and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sens de l'accueil
- Attitudes et comportement professionnels (aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe, autonomie, dynamisme, entregent, honnêteté, polyvalence, sens de l'initiative, sens de l'organisation, etc.)
- Bilingue Français/Anglais obligatoire - Niveau d'anglais C1 (essentiel, puisque environ la moitié de notre clientèle est anglophone; l'anglais sera utilisé à l'orale et à l'écrit tous les jours)
- Connaissance de l'outil informatique (Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive Gmail, etc.)
