Answer and route inbound phone calls via the multiline system, greet customers and visitors, and perform Excel functions such as mail merges to ensure business operations run smoothly. This role supports the first client encounter at Zander Insurance, a 49% employee-owned organization where staff automatically receive ESOP shares and profit distribution bonuses. Required Qualifications
