Job Summary
Veterinary clinic reception role focusing on front-desk responsibilities: handling reservations, checking guests in and out, delivering quality care to guests and their pets, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Requires prior customer service experience, strong English communication, and computer skills. The ideal candidate is high-energy, a team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with good math skills and a customer-service mindset. Knowledge of pet breeds and grooming requirements is preferred, as is sales experience. Training and growth opportunities are offered, including onboarding and pathways for advancement. Location: Nemacolin Woodlands Animal Care Center, Farmington, PA area; full-time hours with competitive wages and benefits. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain professional guest service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Sales experience preferred
- Appropriate phone etiquette required
- Prior knowledge of pet breeds and experience with pet grooming requirements preferred
