Job Summary
Screen calls and route them effectively while greeting clients and visitors at the front desk, managing sign-in procedures, and handling inquiries from internal and external sources. Maintain the front lobby and reception area for a neat appearance, receive and route packages, and distribute incoming mail. Perform general facility operations by unloading dishwashers, making coffee, cleaning and stocking refrigerators, and posting conference room schedules. Organize clerical supply areas on each floor and manage outgoing mail requests including shipping and FedEx. This hybrid role requires working more than 40 hours per week on occasion. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience, preferable in a customer service or professional office role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Client and business environment; customer service orientation is a must
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
- Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
- Faced paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- North America non-remote employees are required to come into the office 3 days a week
