Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, directing visitors, checking in/out, obtaining IDs, answering and routing calls, handling PHI in Point Click Care, entering resident demographics, processing vendor/payable documents, distributing mail, monitoring alarms, and assisting with office operations. Requires 1 year of experience with a multi-phone system; nursing home healthcare experience preferred. Must be pleasant, professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and collaborate effectively with staff. HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information and strong customer service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience with a multi-phone system
- Front Desk Receptionist experience preferred in healthcare (nursing home setting preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
