Job Summary
Manage check-in, live-in, and check-out procedures in line with group standards while ensuring the Front Office functions smoothly. Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate needs, and monitor customer satisfaction. Perform supplementary administrative tasks and promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling activities. This role operates on a full-time 40-hour schedule across five to seven days, including day and evening shifts. The position offers a fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite tenure, a salary range of €24,000 to €28,000, and access to group dining discounts and employee travel rates.
