Job Summary
Receptionist role for Accor in Rome, acting as the first point of contact to greet visitors, manage check-in/check-out, handle phone calls and emails, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and archiving. Requires minimum 2 years of hotel-reception or similar experience, strong English communication (French preferred), excellent organizational skills, ability to work flexible day/night shifts, discretion with confidential information, and a customer-focused approach. The position is in-person in Rome with shifts including day and night hours. Diploma of secondary education or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
