Receptionist

Cover the front lobby telephone and serve as the initial greeter for visitors, families, and potential clients. Collaborate with admissions staff to track expected arrivals and notify team members when clients or quests reach the facility. Manage incoming calls by transferring them to appropriate departments and directing callers to the correct team members for inquiries. Maintain the front office and lobby appearance while guiding customer flow and ensuring professional phone etiquette. This role supports one of Promises Behavioral Health's residential facilities within the Advanced Recovery Systems family, contributing to a community focused on enhancing addiction and mental health care outcomes.
