Job Summary
Receptionist at TechPro Power Group, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and vendors. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing phone calls, maintaining the visitor log and sign-in/out procedures, providing general administrative support (data entry, filing, scanning, records organization), coordinating meetings and conference room availability, managing office supplies, assisting HR/Accounting/Operations with tasks, preparing onboarding packets or visitor welcome materials, processing incoming/outgoing mail and packages, and supporting a professional, organized office environment. Must be technologically savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, multitasking, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
