Job Summary
Receptionist responsible for front-desk duties including answering and directing calls, greeting guests, managing the visitor area, opening/closing procedures, typing memos and documents, and providing administrative support for various projects. Requires excellent customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and ability to multi-task. Familiarity with telephone systems preferred. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience: at least six months in customer service and clerical/administrative roles.
