Job Summary
Receptionist role serving as the first point of contact and brand ambassador. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing the digital guest log, routing global calls, handling inquiries with discretion, issuing access badges, and supporting Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities. You’ll coordinate event/meeting support (catering, conference room setup), and maintain a pristine reception and pantry area. Requires high school diploma, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs. Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (MS Office, multi-line phones) are essential; you’ll be a team player focused on delivering a 5-star guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–3 years in Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and MS Office
- Comfortable walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Punctuality and reliable adherence to assigned work hours
- Professional, polished appearance and strong English communication skills
