Job Summary
Receptionist at an Assisted Living Community is responsible for providing support to the Administrator, Office Manager, Director of Nursing and Activity Director, and for answering phones, assisting residents, families, and potential clients. Duties include greeting residents and guests, coordinating inter-department communications for events and inquiries, performing general office tasks (typing, filing, mail distribution), guiding tours and introducing prospective residents to the appropriate manager, following Marketing guidelines for inquiries and tours, processing rental payments and receipts, and supporting a positive, professional environment in a team setting. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications
