Job Summary
Open conversations with arriving customers, diagnose vehicle needs, and accurately log work orders for the workshop team. Monitor daily shop scheduling with the workshop manager, coordinate urgent repairs by contacting clients for approvals, and manage parts ordering and invoicing. Greet departing customers, explain completed work, and finalize payments to ensure a positive experience. Full-time position in Noordwijk with competitive salary based on experience and knowledge.
