Job Summary
Receptionist role handling front-desk duties for a funeral services provider: greets guests, directs and escorts visitors, answers and routes calls, assists with information about services and locations, maintains waiting areas and handles mail/files; may perform light typing, data entry, and document management; requires professional communication, discretion with sensitive information, and flexibility to work weekends; requires High School Diploma or equivalent and ~6 months of general office or receptionist experience; proficient with MS Office and strong customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications

- Six months general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred
- Proficient at operating MS Office Suite
- Clear and professional speaking voice and tone
- Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to work schedule including Saturday and or Sunday and beyond standard business hours
