Receptionist-Scheduling Clerk

Job Summary

Answer telephones, greet customers, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel while managing incoming and outgoing mail. Operate office equipment, sort correspondence, and monitor office supply levels. Create, maintain, and enter customer data into databases, prepare customer folders, and record satisfaction surveys. Coordinate communication between teams and ensure all documentation remains updated. Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment using Microsoft Office products. Requires two years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience and strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have working knowledge of a Scheduling Coordinator and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications

  • Using Microsoft Excel to input data, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
