Receptionist Scandic Infra City, extra vid behov

Check in and out guests, greet visitors, and provide detailed information while managing bookings in Opera Cloud and handling administrative and security tasks. Resolve guest issues creatively to ensure satisfaction and drive sales across the lobby. Work in rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and weekends to support the hotel's 24-hour operation. This role requires strong social skills, computer proficiency, and fluency in Swedish and English, with an additional language being a plus.
