Job Summary
Ring up sales, receive inventory, and stock the floor while greeting customers, answering questions, and suggesting items. Handle phone calls and emails regarding online cooking classes, assisting with registration, cancellations, and gift certificates. Process payments for cash, checks, and credit cards, managing refunds courteously. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours weekly, with weekday shifts generally between 9am-2:30pm or 2pm-6:30pm. The position involves constant standing, reaching, and multi-tasking to support the cooking school's front-of-house operations and administrative needs.

- Previous sales and/or reception experience is preferred
