Job Summary
PRN-as-needed Receptionist for Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, welcoming and directing visitors, new employees and vendors, handling office duties (typing, filing, sorting mail, directing faxes), keeping the lobby safe and tidy. Requires friendly customer service, professional appearance, well-spoken communication, basic computer/typing skills, experience with a multi-line phone system, and the ability to multi-task in a busy senior healthcare environment. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Shifts offered include 7:00am–1:30pm or 1:30pm–8:00pm, weekdays and weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
- Several years experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience with a multi line phone system
