Job Summary

Import patient medical information from portals and pharmacies, verify insurance coverage, and collect correct co-pay amounts. Obtain driver's licenses and insurance cards, enter referrals for Medicaid and Tricare, and schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and prescriptions. Coordinate physical therapy and outside facility consults, manage lab pickups, and process payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Collect daily monies, sanitize kiosks, and report facility issues to your supervisor. Work Monday through Friday, 5pm to 8pm, and Saturdays 8am to 2pm, with hours assigned during these windows.
