Job Summary
Receptionist role supporting the Private Clients team at Perpetual Group; 7-month maximum-term contract. Key responsibilities include front of house management, welcoming clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering calls, receiving and dispatching deliveries and mail, maintaining office supplies, facilities and parking allocations, data management (employee lists, organisation charts, systems access, company resources), and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations. We’re seeking a self-starter who collaborates with the office manager, with strong client service orientation, professionalism, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with MyClient, Converga and Flexipurchase is advantageous. Reports to the Office Manager and operates in a work environment that offers remote work from anywhere in Australia for up to one month per year and various employee benefits.
