Job Summary
Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for North Ames office. Responsibilities include greeting, scheduling, coordinating appointments and instructing patients and visitors in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Core Values and Promise. Education: High School Diploma, GED or HiSET. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Experience: Keyboard and computer experience; completion of Medical Terminology class within one year of employment. Receptionist experience preferred but not required; strong customer service skills preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
