Job Summary
The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional experience while efficiently managing front desk operations, phone systems, and administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, directing incoming calls, maintaining an organized front desk, handling mail/packages/deliveries, assisting with filing and data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong multitasking and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a professional appearance. Schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday 3:30-7 and Saturday 8-5, in Scottsburg, IN, with in-person remote options.
