Receptionist (Part Time)

Screen and direct all incoming calls, answer inquiries according to facility release of information policies, and enforce visitation procedures. Maintain accurate resident census by name and room number, manage emergency and reference telephone lists, and operate the facility paging and telephone systems. Receive, sort, and distribute mail timely while handling emergency situations calmly. Screen all individuals entering the facility and ensure computer workstations are logged off or password protected per policy. Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all Spring Hills PASL, LLC policies.
