Receptionist & Outreach Specialist

Job Summary
Register patients and check-in visitors, answer calls, and process registrations. Conduct ECM referrals outreach from multiple departments and affiliations, enroll eligible individuals in the ECM program, and coordinate patients’ services with the ECM team and Kern Health Systems. Maintain departmental records, coordinate care and information with providers, patients, and staff, and perform other duties as assigned in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) or more years of recent experience in a customer service-related field
- Strong telephone and communication skills
