Job Summary

Receptionist responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, mail processing, and supporting daily office operations. Primary duties include greeting and assisting visitors, managing heavy phone volume, screening calls, scanning paperwork, assisting in office projects, handling mail and UPS billing, creating product catalogs, managing inventory of catalogs and office supplies, reserving conference rooms, processing accounts receivable checks, updating customer accounts with references, obtaining references for AR, meeting deadlines, and reporting status. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong communication, multitasking, organization, and ability to handle confidential material.
