Job Summary
Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate departments, greet visitors professionally, and process incoming and outgoing mail with date stamping. Maintain client and staff confidentiality while supervising staff meetings, training sessions, and the monthly Administrative Staff meeting. Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate board and committee room setups, and ensure a safe, clean building environment. Assist the Sr. Executive Coordinator with expense reports, board packet preparation, donor direction, and updating the Board manual and National Charter site. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and support HR onboarding tasks as assigned by the CEO or COO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact appropriately with clientele
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), PowerPoint, Excel and basic office equipment
- Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes remain on a given point
- Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less
- Ability to see clearly at 20 feet or more
- Ability to identify or distinguish colors
- Occasionally required to smell, stoop
- Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel
- Frequently required to reach
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear
- Occasionally required to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Regularly required to lift and move up to 10 lbs
Desired Qualifications
