Job Summary
Receptionist & Office Host at Natilik in London. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, acting as first point of contact, managing meeting room bookings, handling mail and deliveries, answering calls, providing admin support to the people team, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, and planning internal/external events. Must be friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks, proficient with standard office systems (email, calendars, PowerPoint), and collaborate with the People team to support a positive office culture. The role is office-based five days a week (Mon–Fri) in London.
