Job Summary
Receptionist responsibilities include receiving callers/visitors and directing them to the correct destination, providing general administrative support such as typing, filing, copying, and calendar coordination, greeting customers and vendors, sorting mail, coordinating meetings and catering, and following established procedures. The role requires basic communication skills to interact with internal/external clients and team members, and is an individual contributor position under supervision with limited autonomy.
