Job Summary
Receptionist (Nights) at Cristwood Park in Shoreline, WA. Responsible for greeting residents, visitors and vendors, ensuring sign-in/out, answering phones, responding to alarms, coordinating and scheduling guest accommodations, and providing general administrative support. Requires maintaining confidentiality, handling petty cash and office tasks, coordinating events and transporting information between residents and leadership, and preparing deposits. Prior experience as a receptionist or customer service representative and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; must be a committed Christian aligned with CRISTA's mission and values. Shifts run from 12am-8am with full-time status and a compensation range of $21.80-$25.00 per hour DOE, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Working as a receptionist and/or customer service representative
- Experience in an office environment with interruptions while coordinating with residents and team members
- Bookkeeping, light typing
