Job Summary
Receptionist to greet clients, provide initial information about the firm’s services, collect preliminary information from new clients to determine case histories, forward information to attorneys or legal assistants, answer calls via PABX, handle correspondence, manage office supplies and conference spaces, and assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with clerical duties. Requires strong organization, professionalism, ability to work with limited supervision, and effective communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ProDoc; entry-level office experience in a legal environment preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry level experience working in an office setting, preferably in the legal environment
- Knowledge of general office practices

- Demonstrated skill in effective oral and written communication
- Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
