Job Summary
Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate offices or resident rooms, answer telephone calls, and provide directions to guests, residents, and sales representatives. Maintain and complete logs, reports, and journals as required while utilizing basic telephone and switchboard operations. Perform these clerical support duties in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor. This full-time Monday-Friday 12am-8am shift role is based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington in Rockville, MD.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to provide proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a Negative TB screen before the start of employment
