Job Summary
The Receptionist provides general office support and directs communications. Responsibilities include receiving and routing a high volume of calls, maintaining office supply inventory, handling mail and shipments, assisting with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations, coordinating visits, and supporting the office manager. Requires strong communication, detail orientation, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in an office environment is preferred. Required Qualifications
