Job Summary
Greet residents, families, vendors, and staff while managing incoming calls, messages, and lobby monitoring. Coordinate mail delivery, distribute status alerts, and process resident rent payments and purchase orders. Maintain office files, order supplies, prepare admissions packets, and keep daily census records. Monitor lobby safety, uphold resident rights, and sell meal and event tickets. Work weekends from 8AM-7PM or weekdays from 12:30PM-7PM, 2 days per week, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic personality and be congenial with fellow employees, residents, and the public at large
- Must be an honest and dependable individual
- Must maintain proper hygiene
- Must be professional in dress and presentation
- Must be willing to be active during entire work shift
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Standard English
- Must be a mature individual
