Job Summary
Polished Receptionist/Marketing Assistant for a boutique commercial real estate firm. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating mail and couriers, maintaining a welcoming reception area, supporting marketing and administrative tasks, assisting brokers with scheduling and light data entry, ordering and stocking office supplies, and preparing meeting rooms with refreshments. Requires prior receptionist/administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor, MS Office proficiency, multitasking ability, discretion, and reliability. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts; central North Palm Beach location.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
