Job Summary
Receptionist for Lexus of Vancouver responsible for front-line guest contact, greeting customers, managing premium-brand telephone etiquette, directing inbound calls to sales, service and parts, logging showroom activity, coordinating arrangements (e.g., rides) and refreshments for meetings, and supporting the Sales Department management with administrative tasks. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, strong customer service orientation, professional demeanor, and ability to pass background and drug screening; must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be team-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience
- Pleasant and engaging – must be able to project a ‘smile’ while speaking both in person and over the phone
- Proven outstanding customer service, preferably with a premium brand
- Must pass a background and drug screen
- Listen and retain information accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone
- Team-oriented and flexible/multi-tasking
