Job Summary
Receptionist role at an independent insurance agency focusing on greeting clients, answering calls, maintaining client information in the agency management system, assisting with policy processing and endorsements, handling mail and document management, supporting Producers and Account Managers, and coordinating billing inquiries and administrative tasks; requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with licensing support provided within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or insurance agency experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with agency management systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- The selected candidate will be required to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 90 days of employment.
