Job Summary
Receptionist needed to manage front desk and perform administrative/clerical duties. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, providing refreshments, directing visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining the reception area, operating office equipment (fax, copy machine, computer), keeping accurate visitor and call records, receiving deliveries, restocking supplies, maintaining filing systems, ensuring office security, and compiling monthly reports. Requires Matric, 2-3 years of reception experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, 35 wpm typing, strong telephony, English literacy, multitasking, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills. Located in Century City, Western Cape; in-person location with an Agile team and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- 2-3 years of Reception experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm minimum
- Strong telephonic skills and experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers)
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Professional attitude and appearance
